SouthCreek Pizza Companty is a locally owned, family business. We use the freshest local and internationally sourced products to bring you the highest quality hand made pizza possible.
Our artisan Neopolitan style dough is made from “00” flour imported from Naples and cold fermented for more than 48 hrs. This develops a soft and elastic crust with deep flavors. At our bars overlooking our open kitchen, you can sit, relax and watch as your pizza bakes in about 90 seconds at 900 degrees in our Naples made Stephano Ferarra brick oven. In addition to our Hand Crafted–Wood Fired–Brick Oven Pizza, we have salads, salumi and cheese boards, and small plates including our homemade meatballs and fire-roasted green beans.
