Hungry Mother Organics grows certified organic plants and produce for our neighbors in the dusty high desert of Northern Nevada. At the farm stand you can pick-your-own tomatoes, peppers, herbs, strawberries, flower bouquets and more. We also have free-range eggs, fruit & veggies from other local growers, landscape nursery plants, as well as everything you need to grow your own.
The Hungry Mother Farm stand is also a learning center, offering classes year round to help you grown your own in this unruly climate. Our mission is to arm interested citizens with the knowledge that will enable them to grow their own food. To get involved you can volunteer, join the Backyard Farmers Association’s monthly meetings or register your garden online for our 1000 Backyard Farms campaign.
