We currently offer Beef, Pork, and Lamb from our CSA. Our livestock are humanely raised to bring the best quality product to your table. No metabolic enhancers or growth hormones to alter the natural growth of the animal. All our products are dry aged; there is no water or sodium added. Our Hogs and Sheep are free range on our Ranch in Silver Springs and our Cattle are grass raised on irrigated pasture in Dayton, Nevada.
