Subscription farms are also known as CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture). Members purchase "shares" in a weekly harvest through seasonal subscriptions and in return, receive a weekly basket of fresh, local food. Some farms offer meat, eggs and dairy products, in addition to fresh produce.
